The Zap N' Shine is a combo weapon appearing in Dead Rising 2: Case West and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record. It is created by combining a Floor Buffer with an Electric Prod.

Dead Rising 2: Case WestEdit

The combo card is obtained by Frank after leveling up, but it can be created and utilized by Chuck. In the case of this weapon, there are no special benefits to creating it as Frank other than the fact you will earn more pp for each kill.

Dead Rising 2: Off the RecordEdit

Frank West can obtain the combo card simply by making the weapon for the 1st time. Both ingredients for the Zap N' Shine can be found in the Yucatan Casino behind the rock where Snowflake is first encountered.

AttacksEdit

• Primary: Hold to make Chuck or Frank push the Zap N' Shine around, shocking, killing, and knocking any zombies it collides with off their feet. Also works on security guards, zombie handlers, and hazard units, but won't kill them right away.
• Melee: Chuck or Frank can pick the Zap N Shine up and uses it as a melee weapon. A simple swing is all that it takes to give an unfortunate zombie the shock of their undead life.
