Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars is a crossover fighting game developed by Eighting and published by Capcom. The game features characters from both Capcom's video game franchises and various anime series produced by Tatsunoko Production. The game was originally released in Japan for arcades and the Wii video game console in December 2008 as Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Cross Generation of Heroes. Following high demand from international fans, Capcom worked with Tatsunoko to resolve international licensing issues and a second iteration, Ultimate All-Stars, was released for the Wii in North America, Japan, and Europe in January 2010, featuring additional characters and an online mode.
Frank West is one of the characters in the game.
Dead Rising[]
Zombies are in a stage based on the Entrance Plaza. Zombies in the Entrance Plaza stage in the background have glowing red eyes when the stage gets dark. If the players performs well, the zombies start to take pictures of the fight.
Frank has attacks that summons zombies to aid him in battle, much like Jill Valentine in Marvel vs Capcom.
Jessie and Brad Garrison make a cameo appearance in the ending.
Frank is voiced by Peter Von Gomm in the Wii version.[Verification needed]
Frank tosses his opponent in the air and hits them off-screen with an oversized version of the Baseball Bat.
The outfit appears in the game when Frank activates his "The Real Mega Buster" super move.
The Novelty Mask (Servbot) is part of Frank's Hyper Combos. Frank shoves the mask on his opponent and hurls them into a crowd of Zombies before using the Face Crusher move on them.
Frank changes into a full-body costume of X from the Mega Man X series and fires a massive beam of pink energy straight forward. Unlike Dead Rising, the gun fires a stream of energy instead of firing balls.
The sledgehammer is used from time to time during one of Frank's attacks. When he strikes his opponent with a random item.
