Talk to Doug is the twelfth story mission in Dead Rising 3: Fallen Angel.
Summary[]
After clearing the Los Perdidos Communication Tower of zombies, speak to Doug on the top floor of the tower. While he works on hacking through the computer and communication equipment, Angel volunteers to go and find food for the others. If they plan on making the tower their new safe zone, they'll need food and supplies.
Angel says that she'll go check at Hamburger Fiefdom for a food truck.
