	Sledge Hammer (Dead Rising 2) Type Melee Uses 35 Strength Good/Great Attack Speed Slow/Fast Found Fortune City Still Creek Dead Rising 2 Weapon

The Sledge Hammer is a weapon that appears in Dead Rising 2, Dead Rising 2: Case West and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record. It is commonly used for demolition purposes and nailing rail spikes into the ground. It can be combined with a Fire Axe to make a Defiler or with a Battery to make an Electric Crusher in Dead Rising 2: Off the Record.

A 'Test-of-Strength' carnival game can be found at The Man's Sport in Royal Flush Plaza. If you have a sledge hammer equipped, you can ring the bell and earn a 5,000 PP bonus.

AttacksEdit

• Primary: Tap the button to perform two horizontal strikes- bottom right to top left, and top left to bottom right. These attacks kill normal zombies in one hit.
• Secondary: Hold down the button to swing the sledge hammer downward. This attack will reward Chuck 10 PP per kill.

TriviaEdit

• Unlike the Dead Rising sledgehammer, the head is black, not red. However, its head turns red with blood after it's used to kill zombies.
• The attacks are reversed from its Dead Rising counterpart.
• The sledgehammer, because of its availability and destructiveness, is an excellent weapon to give to survivors.
