Oscar Dingman is a security guard working in the Fortune City Arena in Dead Rising 2: Off the Record.

IntroductionEdit

Oscar makes a brief appearance early in the game, when zombies overrun the Fortune City Arena. He is located in the main lobby, fighting off zombies with his pistol alongside Julius Reinke. Unfortunately, a large explosion occurs behind the two, killing them both.

TriviaEdit

Though Oscar, along with Julius and Dale Kerpan, are exclusive to Off the Record, data for the three characters can be found within the original Dead Rising 2.

In Dead Rising 2: Off the Record it is possible for Oscar to be killed by zombies before the explosion that is meant to kill him occurs.
