Lilly Deacon is a survivor appearing in Dead Rising. She is found in Lovely Fashion House in Wonderland Plaza during the scoop Above the Law. She is held captive and is tortured by Jo Slade.

Lilly is captured by the corrupt police officer, Jo, and is handcuffed to a table in Lovely Fashion House. After Jo is defeated and killed, Frank frees Lilly and the three other hostages. He then takes Lilly and the others to the Security Room.

FateEdit

Depending on the ending, Lilly was either rescued by Ed DeLuca, taken into custody by the Special Forces and possibly killed to cover up the Willamette incident, or killed by Carlito Keyes's bombs.

Infinity ModeEdit

Lilly appears in Tucci's of Rome at Paradise Plaza from 4:19:00 to 5:00:00 carrying melon and armed with a lead pipe.

TriviaEdit

• Lilly does not appear in Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop.
• There is a very weird glitch which, when you give her a food item, switch to a handgun very quickly and she will start holding it and can use it. You can also give her a submachine gun as well. If you do this when she defects, she will simply point the gun at Frank and do nothing. This also works on Kelly and Janet.
• Lilly is very calm for some reason when escorting her despite being abused.
• She bears resemblance to Dana Simms.
