Lance was a spectator for the Terror is Reality show at the Fortune City Arena. He was caught up in the zombie outbreak in Fortune City and was killed before he could reach the exit. Usually during the outbreak he is the last survivor to succumb to the zombies.

TriviaEdit

• Lance's character model is exactly like Gordon Dawkins', and the notebook pictures are of the same face but at different angles.
• Lance Pennington is one of two Lances in Dead Rising 2, the other being "Left Hand" Lance.'
• Zombies don't attack this survivor until Chuck is close to them. Zombies don't follow their scripted attacks.
• Lance does not appear in Off the Record.
