Juan is a survivor appearing in Dead Rising 2 during the mission One Hit Wonder. He is captured by Bibi Love and is forced to be her captive audience by being wired to a bomb, along with Cameron and Allison.

• He is Bibi's fashion designer. If Chuck fails to complete the tasks Bibi gives him, or attacks her, Bibi will activate the bombs, killing Allison, Juan, Cameron and herself. Once Chuck completes his tasks, after the cutscene, the three hostages will be set free and will immediately join Chuck. He can then choose whether or not to save Bibi. After that, the survivors can be escorted to the Safe House for points.

TriviaEdit

• Even though he is sitting right next to Cameron, he doesn't appear in the cutscene.
• His name is a reference to a character named Jann Lee from the Dead or Alive Series.
• He shares the same last name with Adrian Lee.
