Fortune Park is one of the main areas of Fortune City in Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record. It serves as the main entrance of the resort, and is adjacent to the Platinum Strip and the Silver Strip. Three other major areas, the Atlantica Casino, the Royal Flush Plaza, and the Fortune City Hotel, can be accessed within the park.
The park (and likely Fortune City itself) was founded in 1992. It contains three maintenance rooms, one restroom, and a ramster ball minigame that awards prestige points when completed.
The park houses the gates to Fortune City, though they are locked and inaccessible due to the outbreak. The military gains entry when they arrive for the city's clean-up operation, though the gates remain inaccessible to the player and the survivors after the military's demise. After the failed clean-up, two soldiers who survived the massacre, Michael Woo and Matthew Kuss, can be found in the center of the grotto in a makeshift barricade, attempting to keep the zombies at bay. Meanwhile, the park is strewn with the remnants of other soldiers and wrecked military vehicles.
The park serves as the battleground for the boss fight against Leon Bell during the mission Meet the Contestants. In Off the Record, Leon's boss fight is replaced by a battle with Chuck Greene during the mission People Like Us. Additionally, a survivor is seen wandering the park on the third day, but he is executed by a group of snipers.

Trivia[]
- The sign next to the Platinum Strip entrance reveals that the park was founded in 1992.
- Above the entrance to the Royal Flush Plaza, there is a billboard advertising a fictional MP3 player called "BOOM." The same billboard can be seen in the intro of Dead Rising.
- Fortune Park is called "Prospect Park" by some of the Tape It or Die bloggers, though they later use the term Fortune Park.
- In the PC game files, all of the items in the Silver Strip, Fortune Park, and Platinum Strip are found in fortune_exterior.txt.
