After helping Doug clear out the Los Perdidos Communication Tower, Angel leaves in search of food. From the tower, she must go to the Hamburger Fiefdom in Ingleton.
There is a food truck named the Feastmobile in the parking lot. Get inside the food truck to finish the mission.
