The Morning After is a mission in Dead Rising 2: Case Zero.

It takes place in the Grumpy Dog Bowling Alley in the afternoon. It involves three girls who were separated after one of them sustained a zombie bite. The infected woman needs Zombrex before any of the women can be escorted anywhere.

Overview

Chuck encounters Tia Hernandaz and Nikki Valentino in the Grumpy Dog Bowling Alley. He offers to escort the two women to the safe house, but they refuse to go anywhere without their friend Sharon Riesinger. Tia then goes on to explain that the three of them went to Las Vegas for Sharon's stagette, since she was getting married the next day. Unfortunately, Sharon was bitten by one of the dancers and her friends were able to free her. The trio fled the city only to be stopped by the blockade, and the soldiers took away Sharon. Tia tells Chuck that he should search the Quarantine Zone to see if Sharon is still there.

Chuck indeed finds Sharon at the military camp in one of the tents. She is still injured and asks for some Zombrex before going anywhere. Once injected with medicine, she then agrees to be brought to the bowling alley, where she is reunited with her friends. Once the three women are together, they are brought to the barricaded Brockett Gas Station.

Bob: Hey Chuck, I saw some pretty little girlies in the bowling alley. You should help those ladies out. Check out the bowling alley. Those girls could use a hand. Bowling Alley Chuck: Hey, are you girls ok? Tia: No, we are not ok. This was the worst stagette ever. Nikki: Tia will explain what happened... I'm too hung over to deal with this. I can't take this. I just want Sharon back so we can go home. Tia: We went to Las Vegas for our friend Sharon's stagette and we thought she hooked up with a guy. It turned out he wasn't kissing her, he was bitting her! So we got the hell out of Vegas but got stopped at the road block. They said Sharon was going to turn into a zombie and took her to the Quarantine. We want to find her but we're too scared to leave. Her wedding is tomorrow and she's marrying my brother. He'll kill me if she doesn't show! Chuck: Look, I know a safe place. You better come with me, and then I'll go look for your friend. Tia: We're not leaving this place until Sharon is back with us. She could still be in the Quarantine Zone. We'll come with you if you find her. Quarantine Zone Chuck: Hey, are you ok? You wouldn't happen to be Sharon would you? Sharon: Yeah I'm Sharon, and no, I'm not feeling so hot. Wait, how did you know my name? Chuck: I ran into your two friends. They're looking for you. Sharon: What!? Really? They're alive!? I really want to be with them, but because of my ... condition, I'm afraid I'd be putting them in danger. Do you have any Zombrex? Chuck: Ah, yeah I do but I kinda need it. Sharon: Oh, please, can I have it? I just want to be back with my friends. That would make up for that lousy stagette! Thank you. I can't wait to see my friends. Sharon will immediately join Return to Bowling Alley Tia: Hey, Nikki! Look it's Sharon. He found her! Chuck: Will you guys come to the Safe House now? Tia: Yeah, we'll come with you. Tia will immediately join Nikki will immediately join
