Mission starts when Frank receives a signal from Stacey about a woman dressed like a police officer hiding inside Hot Excitorama. When he finds her there, she reveals that she is not a police officer but a peepshow performer in erotic outfit. She will join Frank after a short conversation.

• The name, Deidre Sanchez, is probably a play on Dirty Sanchez, a sexual act.
• If you give her a massager she will refuse to give it back or take any other weapons or food items.
• Deidre deals enhanced unarmed melee damage, similar to the Guardian Angels and Tomomi Miyamoto, but unlike them she does not use a special melee attack and therefore is limited to mostly pushing zombies if unarmed.
• Deidre has the same last name as Miguel Sanchez, one of the convicts in Dead Rising. However, it is unknown if they are related.
