Case 8-2: Hideout Location Security Room to Carlito's Hideout Previous Case Jamming Device Next Case Jessie's Discovery Dead Rising Cases

Case 8-2: Hideout is the seventeenth case Frank West receives. It is activated immediately after completing the previous case, and is completed when Frank arrives at Carlito's hideout in North Plaza, approaches the computer, and at the end of the subsequent cutscene.

Isabela, armed with a handgun, leads Frank to their hideout in North Plaza. They arrive at the hallway leading to Huntin' Shack. Isabela climbs on a few crates stacked in an empty store, and opens a latch in the ceiling.

Isabela discovers that the computer is protected by a password, and tries unsuccessfully with words she might know in common with her brother. They discover a jamming device that is preventing Jessie from reaching DHS headquarters, but Isabela says she will not be able to disable it unless she logs in. While Isabela keeps trying to crack the password, Jessie calls Frank on the transceiver and tells him that she's found something interesting in a surveillance feed.
