The case begins with Stacey noticing activity on the monitors in the Safe House. Upon closer inspection, there are several well organized men moving equipment around in the Underground tunnels. Chuck is tasked with going to see what the men are up to. When Chuck arrives, he witnesses TK give the men some orders. When TK notices Chuck, he sends a few of his mercenaries after him and starts the train.
