The bowling pin is a weapon in Dead Rising 2: Case Zero and Dead Rising 2: Off the Record. It does not appear in Dead Rising 2.

Bowling pins are short, bottle-shaped wooden targets used in various bowling games, and also as improvised weapons in the Dead Rising series. Similar to the nightstick, the bowling pin is fast, but weak; better suited for knocking zombies aside rather than killing them outright.

In the Dead Rising 2: Off the Record mission Long Legs of the Law, survivor Deidre Sanchez carries a bowling pin.
