The Bone Saw is a weapon appearing in Dead Rising 2: Case West. It appears as a saw used for amputations for medical surgery. It is found on Medical Carts and in the lab area. The Bone Saw may be a reference to the TF2 Medic's respective melee weapon. As it has the some bulging curve at the front of the saw.

• Secondary: Hold down the or button to slice through a zombie, then sawing it in half.
• Thrown: Hold down the trigger to go into aim mode, then tap the or buttons or the trigger to throw the Bone Saw.
